• We retain ownership of all generic frameworks, methodologies, and technologies used to create automation solutions
• You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the specific automation solutions we implement for your business

7.1 Pricing

Fees for our Services will be as specified in a separate agreement or on our website. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, with notice provided before changes take effect.

7.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may result in suspension of Services.

7.3 Taxes

All fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes associated with your use of our Services.

These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by either party.

8.2 Termination by You

You may terminate these Terms by discontinuing use of our Services and canceling any subscriptions or ongoing services according to the cancellation terms in your service agreement.

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Go Quick Task regarding your use of our Services.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Go Quick Task.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any attempt to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void. We may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
