This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, refunds, and service terminations. By engaging our services, you agree to this policy.

Service Types

For clarity, our services fall into the following categories:

  • Consultation Services: Including initial strategy calls, automation roadmap development, and assessment services.
  • Implementation Projects: Custom development and implementation of automation solutions with defined deliverables and timelines.
  • Ongoing Services: Recurring maintenance, support, or subscription-based automation services.

Cancellation Policy

Consultation Services

  • Free Initial Consultation: You may cancel or reschedule your free 30-minute automation strategy call at any time before the scheduled appointment without penalty.
  • Paid Consultation Services: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 50% fee.

Implementation Projects

Before Project Commencement: You may cancel an implementation project before work begins with a full refund of any deposits paid, minus a 10% administrative fee.

During Project Implementation:

  • If cancellation occurs within the first 25% of the project timeline: 75% of the remaining balance will be refunded.
  • If cancellation occurs within 26-50% of the project timeline: 50% of the remaining balance will be refunded.
  • If cancellation occurs within 51-75% of the project timeline: 25% of the remaining balance will be refunded.
  • If cancellation occurs after 75% of the project timeline: No refund will be provided.

Ongoing Services

  • Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel monthly subscriptions with 15 days' notice before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for the current billing period.
  • Quarterly or Annual Commitments: For services with quarterly or annual commitments, early termination fees may apply as specified in your service agreement. No refunds are provided for unused portions of prepaid services unless otherwise specified in your agreement.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Service Cancellation: As outlined in the Cancellation Policy section above.
  • Service Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the timeframe specified in the service agreement.
  • Significant Service Deficiency: If our services fail to meet the specifications outlined in the service agreement and we are unable to remedy the deficiency within a reasonable timeframe.

Refund Process

  • Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to manohar@goquicktask.com.
  • Review Period: Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Completed Services: Services that have been fully delivered and accepted.
  • Administrative Fees: As specified in the Cancellation Policy.
  • Third-Party Costs: Expenses paid to third parties on your behalf (e.g., software licenses, API fees) that cannot be recovered.
  • Late Cancellation Fees: As specified in the Cancellation Policy.

Service Modifications

Rescheduling

  • Consultations: Consultations may be rescheduled without penalty with at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Implementation Timelines: Requests to modify implementation timelines must be made in writing and may result in adjusted project costs or timelines.

Scope Changes

  • Change Requests: Changes to project scope after agreement signing must be documented in a Change Order.
  • Additional Fees: Scope changes may result in additional fees and timeline adjustments.
  • Impact on Refunds: Approved scope changes may affect refund eligibility as outlined in your Change Order.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, governmental actions, war, terrorism, or labor disputes.

Disputes

Any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations will be resolved according to the dispute resolution process outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

Special Circumstances

Beta or Pilot Programs

Services provided as part of a beta or pilot program may have different refund and cancellation terms as specified in the program agreement.

Promotional Offers

Services purchased under promotional offers may have modified refund and cancellation terms as specified in the promotion details.
